Joe M. Parzy, Inc. was founded in Tampa, Florida in 1977. Joe M. Parzy, Inc. is a Family Owned and Operated Construction Company with a Christian Influence. During the early years, we Framed Homes for several well Known Contractors in the surrounding Tampa Bay Area; U.S. Home, Mercedes Homes, Lennar, Inland Homes, Suarez Housing, Mark Rutenberg Homes, G.W. Kellogg Homes, and many others.  For the first 15 years we framed over 700 hundred homes in the Tampa Bay Area.

What does a Framing contractor do? They would perform all the carpentry work on your home, including but, not limited to; constructing the outer shell of a home, walls, trusses, entry ways, etc…Every phase of construction begins with framing and one must have an experienced contractor such as Joe M. Parzy on their side.

In the early 90’s we shifted gears and became Custom Home Builder, who would build Custom homes on our client’s lot.  With years of framing experience, we have always framed all of our Custom Homes.

The framing phase of construction is the most detailed and important part of building your home.  If the framing is not sound and not correctly performed to the blueprints, then the home is more likely to have costly problems down the road such as; leaky roofs, unlevel door headers, rooms out of square, walls with bows in them, cracking tile, bows in the shower walls, etc…

Then in 2007 the US slipped into one of the worst recessions on record.  With the housing market crashing, we decided to shift gears. Even though we are still a custom home builder, we shifted towards a remodeling and home renovation focus.
